HR consulting usually focuses on projects at the interface between transformation and HR work. HR consultants like me support companies as external service providers in order to make structural adjustments to the corporate culture or organisation.

HR Transformation

Operational and strategic reorganisation of the HR (People & Culture) department in order to optimally align HR work with the company's objectives. An HR transformation does not have to mean a comprehensive reorganisation and can also take place gradually.

Leadership Development

Restructuring
